  • Rents Saturday to Saturday over the Summer
  • Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
  • Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
  • Check-out is by 10 am.
  • Please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

  • The main entrance on the side of the house has an electronic lock (e-lock).

  • The ground floor foyer has an elevator to all levels.
  • Private entrance to studio suite suitable for a couple and a child.
  • Sidewalk to fully fenced back yard with private, hot and cold outdoor shower.

Fees and Payments

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
    • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.
    • After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, no refund unless the dates are re-rented. If re-rented, refund is processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • The double-wide driveway pad fits 4 vehicles.
  • Parking: Shared driveway. Parking on the left side only. Do not block the entrance to the right-side townhouse or park in the grass.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • The ground floor foyer has an elevator to all levels. Elevator Policies: The elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA compliance or wheelchair accessibility. While elevators are checked regularly, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating during your stay. No refunds will be issued for elevator closures.
  • Linens: Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be placed on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. Guests will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.
  • Things to bring: Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
